Sweet & Tangy Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

Ingredients

balsamic vinegar

extra virgin olive oil

dijon mustard
like Grey Poupon Country Dijon

tablespoon
shallot
minced

tablespoon
honey
salt/pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a jar or air tight container. Shake well.
Store in refrigerator for up to 5-7 days.
Notes
No shallot? No problem- leave it out! But, it definitely adds another layer of flavor!
