Ingredients
Method
- Spray slow cooker with oil spray (I use a Misto).
- Add in basic overnight oats recipe.
- Stir in any spices or flavors desired.
- Add in sweetener or leave out altogether.
- Stir in your choice of healthy fat.
- Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours (overnight while you are sleeping works well!).
- In the morning, stir and serve. Decorate your warm bowl of oats with your favorite toppings!

Optional Flavors and Spices
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla or another extract
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (fresh ground is ah-mazing!!)
- 1-2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup pumpkin puree’
- 2 bananas, chopped
- Honey, maple syrup or agave, to taste
- Stevia, to taste
- ¼ cup raisins or dried fruit
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- Chopped walnuts
- Sliced almonds
- Almond (or peanut) butter
- Unsweetened coconut
- Chopped banana or apple
- Fresh or frozen berries
