Spray slow cooker with oil spray (I use a Misto).
Add in basic overnight oats recipe.
Stir in any spices or flavors desired.
Add in sweetener or leave out altogether.
Stir in your choice of healthy fat.
Cover with lid and cook on low for 6-8 hours (overnight while you are sleeping works well!).
In the morning, stir and serve. Decorate your warm bowl of oats with your favorite toppings!
