Hello, I am Jennifer Hunt

Mommy to 2 vibrant little girls * Champion of Moms * Wife to a reluctant veggie eater * Lover of good food & wine

I help busy women nourish their bodies, feed their families well and feel sexy again.  Nutrition is my career, but YOU are my passion.

I know what it’s like to look in the mirror after having a few kids and be underwhelmed by what you see.

I know what it’s like to lose touch with mindfulness because mealtime is always interrupted with serving others.

I know what it’s like to feel like meal planning is impossible because your partner doesn’t want to eat the same way as you.

I know what it’s like to long for routine and rhythms that will help you feel your best.

I know the struggle.  I know the longings. And I know that there is not only hope but freedom to enjoy food and feel great in your body, without any crazy diets or rules.

An easy plan, delicious food, and body confidence- this is what I love helping women discover.

It’s time to unveil beautiful You.

Diet culture blasts us with messages that we are not enough- good enough, lean enough, healthy enough or wealthy enough to pay for expensive ‘clean’ ingredients.  We keep chasing self-discipline, the perfect diet plan and the magic solution that we haven’t heard of yet.  So let’s call them out.  Let’s not let them define us and instead take one step today to become the woman we were made to be!

Nutrition Philosophy

Healthy eating can be simple and delicious… and it begins in the kitchen.  I believe in a whole foods approach, taking a few flavorful ingredients and making meals that you and your family enjoy.  I know that moms don’t have the time or energy to make multiple meals each night, so I teach women an eating style that allows her to eat in a way that feels good to her body and allows her to reach her nutrition and wellness goals- without following a plan separate from her family.

We cut through all the diet noise and confusing nutrition messages so that you feel confident and comfortable nourishing your body.

Nutrition is important, but how we eat may be just as important as what we eat.  Restriction and diets give us a false sense of control- they don’t help us fix our relationship with food and our body.  We value progress, intuition and grace.  No one can claim an ideal relationship with food- we are all on our own journey.  But, it can definitely get better!

Helping you lose the overwhelm, identify a simple and easy nutrition plan, and eat with confidence is what makes me come alive and propels me to work even harder at serving you!  I hope you will feel free to fly, excited to try and eager to dream beyond your ideal jeans size.
