Healthy Mama Personalized Nutrition Coaching

Health is not about following someone else’s plan- it’s about doing what is best for you and your body.  This customized nutrition program begins with a comprehensive pre-appointment assessment of your nutrition and health history. 

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Discussion about your nutrition and wellness goals including, but not limited to:
    • Nutritional intake
    • Lifestyle factors
    • Mindset
  • Together we will pinpoint your biggest obstacles and create a step-by-step action plan that works practically and aligns with your season of life.  You are a whole person- spirit, mind, and body.  Our approach not only looks at nutritional intake but behaviors, lifestyle factors and mindset that all influence how we nourish and care for our body.

WHAT IS INCLUDED

  • An initial session, which lasts 1 ½ hours 
  • Four, 40 minute follow-up sessions scheduled every 3 weeks for continued support, ideas and strategies to move towards your goals.
